Services include: drain snaking/clog clearing with a drain auger (up to 100ft for 2-6 inch pipes), fixture removal and re-install if necessary, water flushing test.
Services do not include: camera inspections, hydro-jetting, or plumbing such as: pipe repairs, pipe replacement, pipe cutting, new fixture installations, or any modifications.
Drain-Failure Policy
FREE if no attempt can be made.
OR
$50 nominal fee if attempt is made.
If a drain cannot be cleared or there is risk of damage, I’ll tell you immediately and refer you to a licensed plumber.

Step 1) Booking
Upon arrival, I check your drain situation and confirm that the path to the drain and drain area are clear of obstructions. Next, I clear your clog.
Step 2) Flow Is Restored
After the job is done, I accept payment on my mobile device via cash, debit, or credit. An invoice will be sent to your email. Very simple, all done.

If removal of a fixture is required for access to the drain, this is included in the price. However, it is more efficient if this is already done before my arrival. Your call.

Services are limited to clearing clogs within accessible plumbing only. No plumbing installation, pipe replacement, structural repairs, or system modifications are performed.
Terms and Conditions
Attempts
If a blockage cannot be cleared due to collapsed piping, root intrusion, structural failure, or inaccessible conditions, the service will be considered an attempt and a licensed plumber will be recommended.
Odd Blockages
Occasionally, drains may contain foreign objects (such as wipes, toys, or plastic items). If attempted removal poses risk of damage or requires specialized equipment beyond standard service, the job will be classified as an attempt and a licensed plumber will be recommended.
ClearSnake Drain Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues, aging components, or concealed damage revealed during service.
Access & Site Conditions
Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area prior to service. Children or pets should be secured as well for safety reasons.

Property Damage
The drain auger is heavy to transport through the home. While care is taken at all times, minor scuffs or marks on flooring may occur, particularly on delicate or aged surfaces.
