Step 1) Booking
Upon arrival, I check your drain situation. Once I confirm that the path to the drain and drain area is clear of obstructions, I’ll bring the drain auger inside and clear your clog.
Step 2) Flow Is Restored
After the job is done, I accept payment on my mobile device via cash, debit, or credit. An invoice will be sent to your email. Very simple, all done.

Scope of Service
ClearSnake Drain Cleaning provides residential drain clearing and clog removal services only. I am a technician/operator, not a licensed plumber.
Services include mechanical drain cleaning (“snaking”) of accessible drain lines, as well as minor fixture removal and reinstallation when necessary to gain access. I do not perform plumbing installation, pipe replacement, structural plumbing repairs, or system modifications.
All services are strictly limited to clearing blockages within accessible drain lines. In rare cases where a blockage cannot be cleared due to collapsed pipes, root intrusion, structural failure, or unusual obstructions, the service call will be classified as an attempt and you’ll be referred to a licensed plumber.
Unusual Blockages:
While I routinely clear common residential clogs such as hair, grease, and soap buildup, occasionally I encounter unusual or “odd” blockages. These may include foreign objects accidentally flushed or dropped into drains—such as children’s toys, plastic caps, wipes, or other non-degradable items. If such an obstruction can be safely removed using mechanical snaking methods, I will proceed with clearing the drain. However, if the object is lodged in a way that risks damage to the plumbing system, equipment, or requires specialized retrieval beyond standard snaking, the service may be classified as an attempt. In such cases, I will promptly inform you and recommend contacting a licensed plumber for further assistance. This policy ensures transparency and helps you understand the limits of my service while maintaining safety and preventing further damage.
ClearSnake Drain Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing defects, weakened fixtures, aging components, or concealed damage discovered during service.

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the affected fixture or drain area prior to service. The professional drain auger equipment weighs over 100 pounds and is mounted on wheels for mobility.
Moving this heavy equipment in and out of residences may occasionally cause scuffs or marks on flooring surfaces, especially on delicate or aging floors. It is recommend that customers provide clear, unobstructed pathways and consider protecting vulnerable floor areas before service. ClearSnake Drain Cleaning is not responsible for floor conditions or incidental marks caused during equipment transport, but I always strive to minimize any impact and treat your home with the utmost care.
